On September 19, we took our first group photo of the MANNA Singers! We were guided through a breathing exercise inspired by Eve’s Feldenkrais training, and I shared one of my favorite warm-ups – “Mommy made me mash my M&Ms”. We sang through two new songs – ‘What a Wonderful World’ and John Denver’s ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads’. ‘Country Roads’ was a harder tune to teach to a group than I expected. I am hoping we can do a pop-up concert on the steps of the cathedral soon, we will let you know when that happens! -Mary Joy
